• User Content

• You represent and warrant that:
  1. You own or control all rights in and to your User Content and have the right to grant the license granted above to us and our affiliates and service providers, and each of their and our respective licensees, successors, and assigns.
  2. All of your User Content does and will comply with these Terms.
• You understand and acknowledge that you are responsible for any User Content you submit or contribute, and you, not SolarEdge, have full responsibility for such content, including its legality, reliability, accuracy, and appropriateness.
• We are not responsible or liable to any third party for the content or accuracy of any User Content posted by you or any other user of the Services.
• Prohibited User Content
  You agree not to submit or share any User Content that:
  1. Is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent, or otherwise objectionable.
  2. Would constitute, encourage, or provide instructions for a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party, or that would otherwise create liability or violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  3. May infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party.
  4. Impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
  5. Contains any private or personal information of any third party without such third party's consent.
  6. Contains any viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.
  7. Is unrelated to the topic of the Services or the content to which you post it.
  8. Contains any advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
